Hitter of the Week: Drue Saenz
Team: Sherman Shadowcats
Hometown: Burleson, TX
College: Eastfield College
Drue Saenz put up eye-popping numbers at the plate this week, earning Hitter of the Week honors. The Burleson, Texas native batted .444 with 12 hits, 11 runs scored, 8 RBIs, and 2 home runs. His impressive 1.32 OPS was a driving force behind the Shadowcats’ offensive surge. A product of Eastfield College, Saenz continues to show why he’s one of the league’s most dangerous hitters.
Pitcher of the Week: Cole Gayman

Hometown: Webb City, MO
College: Missouri Southern
Cole Gayman was lights-out on the mound for the Joplin Outlaws, pitching 13.2 scoreless innings across two outings. Hailing from Webb City, Gayman allowed just 4 hits and 4 walks while racking up 18 strikeouts. With a perfect 2-0 record for the week, his dominance and control were instrumental in securing victories for Joplin and silencing opposing offenses.
