Fielding and Murray Earn Mid-America League Weekly Honors
The Mid-America League is proud to announce its Players of the Week following a standout stretch of performances. Abilene Flying Bison’s Wyatt Fielding has been named Hitter of the Week, while Kaden Murray of the Fort Smith Marshals earns Pitcher of the Week honors.

College: Rose State College
Fielding, a Fort Worth native, was a force at the plate all week long. The Abilene infielder posted a scorching .500 batting average. His offensive output included 6 doubles, 4 runs scored, and 11 RBIs, helping power the Flying Bison to several key victories. Fielding finished the week with a 1.227 OPS, continuing to prove himself as one of the league’s most consistent hitters.
Pitcher of the Week: Kaden Murray

Hometown: Jay, OK
College: Carl Albert State
On the mound, Murray delivered a dominant showing for Fort Smith. The Oklahoma native logged 10.1 innings, allowing just 8 hits and 1 earned run for a minuscule 0.87 ERA. He struck out 8 batters, walked only 3, and notched a perfect 2-0 record, solidifying his role as a key contributor in the Marshalls' rotation.
